After operating four media outlets in North West Texas, Payton and Shelby McCormick decided to begin their own creative agency. The two have been collaborating on special projects since 2005 and have loved working with businesses and families alike. They have creative experience that ranges from music videos, advertisements, and branding to family portraits and professional headshots.

In 2018, Payton began working in corporate communications for Walmart, and Shelby began her career in retail media consulting for Walmart & Sam's Club suppliers. In their free time, Payton and Shelby continue to provide professional headshots and marketing services for businesses in Northwest Arkansas. Shelby's passion for design and Payton's love for photography make the two a fun and creative pair.
